You may return any WEDDING GOWN that you are unhappy with
and receive an internet store credit towards the purchase
of any item on the site. You must notify us of your intent
to return any wedding gown within 2 days of it's delivery.
You will be charged a return/restocking fee of $30.00 and
you will be responsible for all shipping costs. We will
send you the proper authorization tag which must be on the
OUTSIDE of the box being returned. Any gown returned without
the return Authorization sticker will be refused. You may
not exchange this gown for another size, as we expect you
to MEASURE YOURSELF with a TAPE MEASURE before you order.
We can not accept returns on any custom gowns. All owns
must be received in original shipped condition, unworn,
unaltered, and with all packaging. All returns gowns must
be received within 7 days of receipt of the authorization
sticker. There are NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES on Shoes, Jewelry,
Lingerie, Prom dresses, Bridesmaids dresses, Mother of the
bride gowns, Flower girl dresses, Headpieces, or Accessories.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. A white or Ivory bridesmaid, mother
of the bride, or any other evening gown does not qualify
as a wedding gown for return purposes..
