How do I place my order?
You may place your order online, by telephone by calling 818-442-9888, by faxing a printed order form to 818- 442-9889, or by mailing a printed order form and money order or cashier's check to Tma Inc. 16742 Stagg Street, Suite 108 Van Nuys Ca 91406. Please note that mailing a money order may delay your order.

When do I pay for my order?
All orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and money orders/cashier's check. Sorry but we are unable to accept personal checks.

How long does delivery take?
The delivery time will vary based on the specific item that you order. Most in stock items can be delivered within 10-14 days. If an item is not in stock then it can take as long as 12 weeks to arrive.

I live out of the country, can I still order a dress from you?
Yes. We ship International and to APO/FPO addresses.

What are the shipping costs?
If you live within the USA or any of its possessions, the cost is $20.00 for one wedding gown, $9.95 for one evening gown. And most accessories ship for $7.50. If you are an international buyer the shipping costs are approximately $58.90 for one wedding gown, $37.70 for one evening gown or accessories. If you happen to live in Canada it is $33.45 for one wedding gown, $21.25 for one evening gown or most accessories.

How do you ship? Is insurance extra?
For packages shipped within the USA we use UPS Ground which includes tracking and insurance. If you live in a US possession then we use USPS priority mail. All international packages are sent USPS Global Express MAIL. Insurance is always included.

Do I have to pay taxes?
Currently we only charge tax to California residents at the rate of 8.25%. We do not charge taxes on international orders however, when the item is delivered within another nation there may be taxes or duty fees charged by the local government. We advise all international buyers to check in their own area what these rates and fees may be.

How do I know what size dress I should buy? Do I choose my normal dress size?
No. Never order a dress using only your dress or bra size. These dresses run smaller than regular clothing so you may be a different size than what you normally wear. When ordering, you will be asked for your body measurements. Based on those measurements you would order a size that would best fit your own measurements. What happens often is that women fall between two sizes. What you should do in that case is order the size that fits your larger measurement. For most women that is the waist. Obviously the dress would then be a little bit too large in one area. That is resolved with alterations. These dresses are made in a way such that alterations will not be a problem. We can not recommend sizes for you.

What if I do not have my measurements or have not taken them?
We can not take orders from customers who either can not supply or refuse to give measurements.

What if I know my measurements but am unsure of the size I should buy?
We can explain how to measure your self and how to choose a size from the size charts but we can not choose a size for you.

Do you alter these dresses or are they custom made?
We do not alter nor are these dresses custom made. You would receive a standard gown in the size you choose. We do not offer an alteration service because without having you here in the gown, we can not guarantee that the alterations will be correct and you may have to alter the dress again. Alterations are almost always required.

What is your return policy?
You may return any WEDDING GOWN that you are unhappy with and receive an internet store credit towards the purchase of any item on the site. You will be charged a return/restocking fee of $30.00 and you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
There are NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES on Shoes, Jewelry, Lingerie, Prom dresses, Bridesmaids dresses, Mother of the bride gowns, Flower girl dresses, Headpieces, or Accessories. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. A white or Ivory bridesmaid, mother of the bride, or any other evening gown does not qualify as a wedding gown for return purposes. Furthermore, you may not exchange this gown for another size, as we expect you to MEASURE YOURSELF with a TAPE MEASURE before you order to ensure a proper fit. There are no cash refunds.

What do I do if I need to exchange my wedding gown?
First, you must notify us of your intent to return any wedding gown within 2 days of it's delivery. We will send you the proper authorization tag which must be on the OUTSIDE of the box being returned. Any gown returned without a return Authorization sticker will be refused. We can not accept returns on any custom gowns. All gowns must be received in original shipped condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all packaging. All returns gowns must be received within 7 days of receipt of the authorization sticker.

Do you have a retail location?
Yes, we do. We are located at 16742 Stagg Street, Suite 108 Van Nuys Ca 91406. However in this location we only stock bridal gowns. The selection in the store is also different than the selection online. Appointments are required and can be made by calling us at 818- 442-9888

Depending on the item you wish to order, there are rushes available or expedited shipping methods at additional costs. We recommend you call us at 818-442-9888 to discuss any specific situation.
